AboutWe are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Growth Software Engineer (Fullstack) to join our Growth team. As a key player, you will contribute to our success by leveraging your technical expertise and driving growth initiatives through software development. Together, we will continuously learn who our customers are, how they behave, and what they need. Through that process, we will make our application more valuable for our customers and will help them discover the value quickly and efficiently.
You will Design, develop, test, and manage growth experiments across the application. Balance quality and speed of delivery to enable fast experimentation cyclesWork in a cross-function team with a Product Manager, Designer, Data Scientist, and other engineers to identify opportunities, and implement strategies for continuous improvementObserve user behavior using analytics toolsUtilize A/B testing in experiments to identify the best ways to drive user engagementGain in-depth product knowledge and become familiar with the software localization process over the globe
You must have 5+ years of Fullstack development experience, within PHP and/or Node.js, Javascript, React, CSS3, and HTML5Experience working with MySQL, Redis, and MongoDBData-driven mindset by following a quantitative and qualitative research approachExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a solid ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic remote startup environmentA passion for learning, growth, and continuous improvement, staying up to date with industry trends and advancements.Proven experience in testing, including unit and integrationProven experience with integrating and creating REST APIsSolid understanding of version control systems, with proficiency in GitWorking knowledge of English
It will be considered a significant advantage if you bring Experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, GA4).
