Responsibilities: Installation and Configuration of Service Now self-hosted Platforms (PSP11 needed)Installation and Configuration self-hosted MID-ServersInstallation of CI/CD-Pipeline on Premise for continues Integration and continues deployment (PSP 11 needed)Responding to infrastructure monitoring alertsMonitoring the ServiceNow Performance GraphsSupporting ServiceNow key usersChecking utilization and performance of infrastructure components (server, storage, database).Checking the "Slow Queries" in ServiceNow, if necessary take measures like extend index.
SkillsMust Have: Minimum 3 years’ experience on ServiceNow.Experience in consulting external customers.Strong experience in installation and configuration of Service Now self-hosted platforms.Experience in system performance analysis and documentation.Extensive experience with supporting ServiceNow users as well as with ServiceNow and DB upgradesCapacity to travel which will be necessary but is not integral to this position.Fluent in English and German
